So my oldest brother had made a goal in 2014 to do 100 burpees everyday! I was kinda impressed and thought well thats a pretty simple, easy (kind of haha) and achievable goal. So I signed myself up for something similar!
When I was pregnant with my son I made it a goal to do 50 burpees, 100 squats and 100 situps every day throughout my pregnancy. Towards the end I obviously was doing the modified versions, but I really think it helped me to maintain a strong back and core and not really have many aches or pains in those areas.
It didn't matter if I did them all at once, or periodically throughout the day, whether it was 10 in the morning, 20 at lunch and the rest at night, just as long as I finished the total before the end of the day.
Most days I did it in addition to some other physical exercise or activity, but on the days that just slipped on by, this was all I did and I never regretted it!
Either way it is a great- super quick workout to get the heart rate up and the sweat going pregnant or not! And this time I added an extra 10 burpees and 20 squats & situps for ya ;)
