STOKED TO SWEAT - BENCH WORKOUT
All you need is a bench or could use a chair, step, wall, box etc instead. 
 

3 ROUNDS || 1 MIN REST BETWEEN ROUNDS

15x Bulgarian Split Lunge (back foot raised on bench, do each leg)
4x Tricep Pushups & Tricep Dip Alternation (4 pushups, 4 dips)
20x Scissor Kicks (Back on bench w/ legs overhanging OR can be done on floor)
60x Bench Toe Taps
20x Step Up Twist Crunch (opposite elbow to knee crunch)
15x Bench Squat Jump
